My name is Kristina Woodsmall, and my mission is to help people reconnect with themselves after trauma, addiction, mental health struggles, and years of believing they are broken.
My life began in extreme poverty, instability, neglect, abuse, and repeated experiences that taught me the world was unsafe. By adulthood, those unresolved experiences had evolved into addiction, destructive coping mechanisms, emotional dysregulation, and eventually severe mental health challenges.
In 2019, after decades of carrying the weight of childhood trauma, I experienced a significant psychological and emotional breakdown. I struggled with psychosis, anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, and overwhelming stress. Traditional solutions often felt inaccessible, confusing, or incomplete.
Instead of giving up, I became a student of healing.
Over the following years, I immersed myself in understanding trauma, PTSD, addiction, neuroplasticity, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, belief systems, emotional conditioning, and the connection between mind and body. Through research, personal experience, recovery, and self-discovery, I began rebuilding my life from the ground up.
Today, my purpose is to create affordable and accessible tools that help people regulate their nervous systems, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with hope. Through digital resources, guided experiences, affirmations, meditations, educational content, and innovative therapeutic concepts, I aim to help others find the support I spent years searching for.
My work is built on a simple belief:
People are not broken. Many are carrying burdens their nervous systems were never taught how to process.
Healing begins when we learn how to understand ourselves differently.
